Caring For The Environment

More and more people are getting excited about caring for our environment. Young people also have an important part to play in conserving our resources. Every bit you do helps save natural resources and landfill space.

Some things you can do to help are:

  • Recycle paper, aluminum, plastic, and glass
  • Use less hot water
  • Buy reusable items instead of disposables
  • Start a recycling program at your school
  • Use your blue box to recycle cans, glass, & newspaper
