Services provided to those under 18: Services to children with developmental delays, aged 0-5; Maternal child health services, pre- and post-natal; Lead poisoning prevention; Car-seat program; Well-child clinic (ages birth to kindergarten). The department provides evaluation and service provision for developmental delays in children, concerns of pregnant women or women who have just given birth, issues around lead poisoning, assuring infant car seats are safe and secure and affordable. Those seeking to access services should call the office. Insurance payment is sought for some services and a donation is requested for others. Services are not restricted based on ability to pay.

Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.

24 Hour Service: The department has an on-call system.
