Lakeview provides residential, community support and children and youth services. Residential services include supervised, intensive supportive and supportive community residence programs which provide transitional instruction and support toward independent living. Community support includes case management, intensive case management for children, youth and adults, transportation, social club, Compeer, supported housing services and mental health resource center for persons affected by mental illness residing in the community.

Area Served: Residential and community support services are for persons over the age of 18 with a primary psychiatric diagnosis. Intensive case management is for Ontario County only. There are no income requirements. Case management is available for children aged

Fees Charged: Client fees do apply for residential programs and are usually covered by Social Security or Public Assistance/Medicaid.
