The agency provides outpatient counseling and detoxification for those aged 14 or order. The agency will provide evaluations of teen-agers for substance abuse as well as alcohol/substance education, individual counseling, family counseling, programs for children of alcoholics and substance abusers as well as referrals. The agency is licensed by the state Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services.
Hours: Outpatient clinics are open Monday through Friday and evenings; Saturday service also is available.
Mission: FLACRA is a private, not-for-profit additions treatment agency service the five-county region of Ontario, Wayne, Seneca, Yates and Schuyler counties. Funding Sources: State Office of Substance Abuse Services, United Way, Medicaid, private insurance, donations, self-pay and grants.
Fees Charged: No one is refused services due to inability to pay.
How to Access Services: A call to the agency to make an appointment is all that\'s needed to start the process of receiving services. Services are available in English and Spanish.
