The council organizes Cub Scouting and Boy Scouting activities which are designed to provide educational and challenging programs to prepare youth to make ethical choices over their lifetime and by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law. The Exploring and Venturing programs allow young adults, under the guidance of qualified adult advisors to pay and operate their Post or Crew. Explorer programs focus on career exploration, while Venture Crew programs focus on developing skills such as leadership, outdoor and wilderness survival.

Area Served: The programs serve boys aged 7 to 21 and girls aged 14 to 21 as well as adult volunteers. Programs are available in every community in the area; contact information can be obtained by calling the council office.
