The program provides Early Intervention services for children from birth to age 3; pre-school services for children aged 3 to 5 and a physically handicapped children's program from birth to 21 years of age. We provide evaluations and services for eligible children with developmental delays and for children with diagnosed conditions which would result in developmental delays. We collaborate with local school districts to provide services, which may include transportation, to eligible pre-school children. The Physically Handicapped Children's Program provides financial assistance to families having children with chronic medical conditions where insurance is not sufficient.

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Fees Charged: Evaluations and services are provided to eligible children at no cost to parents; health insurance must be accessed if available.
